Moosehunting

In almost all of Sweden, we have moosehunting in autumn. In Sunne fall moosehunting season in October. Sunne is a small place whit a lot of agriculture and forest. Many of the children have a relative or familiar who hunts moose, so this is a tradition that our children know. Every autumn, when there are moose hunting we go together whit the older children in the group and see the butchered moose.
At preschool. we sing songs and play game called; Moose hunting.
The games goes as so; We have a large piece of cloth and a soft ball. The children say a number between 1-10 to determine how many mooose they want to shoot. When would also like to thank you for the paperdolls we got to preschool.
